RBC, like most organizations, has had to adapt its policies and procedures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  RBC has implemented a comprehensive COVID-19 operations plan and expects all players, coaches, parents, umpires and visitors to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in that plan.  Failure to do so could be deemed a violation of RBC's codes of conduct and could lead to discipline in the discretion of the RBC Board of Directors.

Importantly, all players and coaches must complete a health screening form prior to participating in any game, practice or event on an RBC sponsored team (both travel and recreational) or at any RBC facility.  This includes all players and coaches from other towns and organizations playing an RBC travel team at RBC's fields.

Links to RBC's COVID-19 Operations Plan and the RBC COVID-19 Health Screening Forms are below.  Players on RBC teams (both travel and rec) must complete the RBC COVID-19 Health Screening Form for RBC Teams.  Players on visiting travel teams playing at an RBC facility, must complete the RBC COVID-19 Health Screening Form for Visiting Teams.

RBC COVID-19 Policy on Play After Out of State Travel

Based on guidance from the Bernards Township Health Department and NJ Department of Health, RBC’s current policy is that players and coaches who travel outside of NJ, NY, CT, PA and DE will not be permitted to participate in any RBC activities (travel or rec) for either (i) 10 days after return from travel or (ii) 7 days after return from travel with a post-travel negative PCR COVID test.  These restrictions apply to all players and coaches who travel unless they (i) have had a confirmed positive COVID-19 case in the 3 months prior to travel or (ii) are fully vaccinated.

RBC will continue to communicate with the Bernards Township Health Department and monitor NJDOH guidance and changes to our travel policy will be made accordingly.
